MONTREAL, Oct. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WareMatch, a global 3PL marketplace and bidding platform, announced that Maia Benson, Guy Gueirard and Max Boyer have joined its advisory board. WareMatch connects shippers and ecommerce brands with third-party logistics (3PL) providers through a transparent marketplace. Shippers/brands compare providers and receive competing bids, while 3PLs gain a channel to market their capacity and win new business.
Where WareMatch is Going
Working alongside WareMatch’s co-founders Ryan Kalisky, Ben Toulch and the CTO Rahul Bains, the advisors will help guide the company’s global product strategy and growth. They will also help drive product development, digital growth, adoption among brands and 3PLs, and expansion across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific).

Maia Benson: Product Strategy
Maia Benson is Chief Commercial Officer at GCG and brings more than two decades of experience scaling technology businesses. Shopify’s second U.S. employee, she later became Global Head of Shipping & Fulfillment, helping grow shipping and fulfillment into multibillion-dollar lines of business and secure $1 billion in investment for the Shopify Fulfillment Network. She also scaled venture-backed FlavorCloud through logistics partnerships and launched Pitney Bowes’ multi-carrier SendPro. At WareMatch, Benson will help shape product and commercial strategy around fulfillment. Benson is also an active investor, board member, Cornell educator, and mentor.

Guy Gueirard: International Strategy
Guy Gueirard is JLL’s Global Logistics Growth Lead and EMEA & APAC Logistics Lead. His JLL experience spans logistics and industrial real estate, agency and consulting, working with EMEA country leads and regional leaders in APAC and the Americas. Before JLL, he held senior roles at Kuehne + Nagel and CEVA Logistics. He will advise WareMatch on international expansion and product strategy, including how its bidding software can make logistics capacity easier to source.

Max Boyer: Digital Growth
Max Boyer brings experience in ecommerce, brand marketing and data-driven growth. He served as Chief Digital Officer at Groupe Dynamite from 2023 to 2026 and previously spent nearly seven years as Executive Vice President of Growth at SSENSE. At WareMatch, he will help shape WareMatch’s global digital strategy, including traditional search and SEO, strengthen our visibility in the ever-evolving search landscape of GEO and AI, and triangulate other avenues to accelerate digital visibility.
